Events and dissemination
The project was presented and discussed at international conferences, workshops and invited lectures in Slovakia and abroad. It also organised a specialist conference section and an international panel devoted to translation in periodicals.

Decoding Periodicals: Translators, Data, and Interdisciplinary Insights
International panel discussion chaired by Ivana Hostová.
Panelists: Luc van Doorslaer, Diana Roig-Sanz, Jutta Ernst, Laura Fólica and Igor Tyšš.
The discussion addressed translation history, periodical studies, research data, metadata, interdisciplinary methodology and the role of periodicals as sites of cultural mediation.
Translators in Periodicals as Society-Shaping Agents
The project organised a four-panel specialist section examining translators, editors and periodicals as agents of cultural, political and intellectual mediation.
The call received 26 abstracts from 15 countries; 22 papers were accepted following double-blind review. Contributions approached translation in periodicals through historical, sociological, textual and Digital Humanities perspectives.
